GENERAL PURCHASING CONDITIONS.

 

PURCHASES.

When making a purchase of any Products (a “purchase” or “order”), including without limitation when you make any payments for an order using any third party payment solutions provided through the Website, you must provide accurate and complete information (including your full and proper name) as required when making that order and when otherwise using a credit card or other payment card (such as the payment cardholder name, payment card number, expiration date, and if requested, payment card security code) at the time of submitting your order form. You represent and warrant to Wóolis Foodie Concepts that your use of a payment card in connection with any purchase you make on or through the Website (including without limitation any credit card payments you make for an order using any third party payment solutions) is authorized and legal.

SUBSTITUTIONS.

We do our best to keep our inventory current and up to date. However, when you place an order, for local delivery or online orders, we may not be able to fulfill the specific item requested. We will do our best to provide a substitution of a similar product, but that may not be possible.You acknowledge that we will use our reasonable judgment to provide an order substitution, or not to fulfill an out of stock item and not charge you. If the substituted item is more expensive, you agree that you will be charged the higher price for the substituted item.

RETURNS.

 

In general, if you are not pleased with your purchase, you may return your unopened item, along with accompanying receipt, within 14 days (72 hours for perishable items) to the store location where the item was purchased. Special orders, discontinued products, and any item that is opened or has any seal broke may not be returned. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment or another method, in Wóolis Foodie Market's discretion. However, Wóolis Foodie Market reserves, in its sole discretion, the right to refuse any returns, including in the event of a shopper making too many returns or otherwise taking advantage of the return policy, including the bottle return policy. All decisions related to returns are final.

PRICING AND PRODUCT ERRORS/CORRECTIONS.

We endeavor to present current, accurate, and reliable information regarding our products. However, on occasion, this site may contain errors, inaccuracies, or omissions that may be with regard to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, and availability. We reserve the right to correct errors or to update product information at any time without prior notice. If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to an error on this site, to the fullest extent allowed by law, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for any product listed at the incorrect price. Further, to the fullest extent allowed by law, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any such orders, regardless of whether the order has been confirmed and your method of payment charged. If your method of payment has already been cancelled, we will issue a credit to your original method of payment for the amount of the incorrect price.

PRIVACY & SAFETY

Under no circumstances will Wóolis Foodie Market or its affiliates be held liable for any delay or failure in performance due in whole or in part to any acts of nature or other causes beyond our reasonable control or because one or more grocery items or other products may not be available for sale at all times.

Wóolis Foodie Market’s websites and apps do use “cookies.” A cookie is a small amount of data that is sent to your browser from a web server and stored on your computer’s hard drive. Generally, we use cookies to remind Wóolis Foodie Market of who you are, tailor our products and services to suit your interests, estimate our customer size, track your status in our promotions, benefits, giveaways, and/or analyze your visiting patterns. You can generally set your browser to not accept cookies or to notify you when you are sent a cookie, giving you the chance to decide whether or not to accept it. Wóolis Foodie Market will only use this type of data in an aggregate form that does not identify you personally.

The failure by us to enforce any right or provision of these Terms and Conditions will not prevent us from enforcing such right or provision in the future.

We may assign our rights and obligations under these Terms and Conditions, including in connection with a merger, acquisition, sale of assets or equity, or by operation of law. All trademarks, service marks and trade names used in any Program are with the permission of Wóolis Foodie Market. All trademarks, service marks, and trade names used by Wóolis Foodie Market, are the property of Wóolis Foodie Market. No use of these may be made without the prior written authorization of Wóolis Foodie Market.

ACCOUNTS.

As part of, and in order to complete, the purchase of Products, you must either: (i) use your Wóolis Foodie Concepts Account in order to complete your purchase of the Products: or (ii) provide any and all information that is required by this Website in order to complete your purchase of the Products as a guest purchaser who does not have an Wóolis Foodie Concepts Account. For your protection, you must keep your user name and password secret. You must immediately notify us at

 if you learn or suspect that the security of your user name or password has been breached. You are responsible for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your user name or password.
