They distinguish themselves by the type of grazing known as: holistic or rational Voisin type grazing. In very general terms, it consists of changing the animals' pasture daily. So that every day they have a new and fresh salad. They have more than 40 porters, rotate the cattle day by day to a new space. When they reach the end of the route, they begin the cycle again, but the grass has already had 45 or 50 days growing without being cut.
